RECEPTION
• Reception open 16 hours with internal entrance and 24 hours with external telephone communication

• Check in time starts from 2 p.m., in case of room availability check in can be done earlier
• Check out time 11 a.m.
• Late Check Out: There is possibility of late check out until 6 p.m. with an extra charge, only if there is room available and guests have already contacted the reception until 11 a.m. the check-out date.
• Use of communal laptop device for clients with the possibility of printing, photocopying and scanning files in the reception area
• Luggage: There is space in the reception where you can leave your luggage.
• Payment methods: The hotel accepts VISA and MASTERCARD, cash money in euros as well as bank deposits.

CLEANING
• Daily room cleaning (change of bathrobe items daily and bed linen every two days)
• Housekeeping Service: Daily the rooms are being cleaned from 10:00 until 15:00. Bed linens are changed every 2 days and towels daily. Please hang the sign “PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM” if you want the maid to get in the room, or the sign “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB” if you do not want the maid to enter in your room.
