The Mouzaliko Traditional Guesthouse
Run by a friendly local family, the Mouzaliko traditional guesthouse offers accommodation on bed and breakfast basis, a homely feel and comfortable personalized guest service. Breakfast is what a hearty traditional Greek morning meal should be!
The original mansion was renovated in 2009 with the aim of providing quality traditional style accommodation. It forms the centerpiece of the 7 acres of secluded private land consisting of a citrus orchard, stone patios with traditional architectural features and lush gardens.
It features a total of 5 individually decorated guestrooms; 2 larger suites can accommodate families of 4 or 5 persons, and 3 twin rooms with double or twin beds.
The guesthouse offers 24-hour reception service, room service (snacks and beverages) and free parking out of the property (street parking).
Check In and check out process
The reception is open 24-hour and check in starts from 14 p.m. and check out is done at 11 a.m. There is also luggage transportation service after request.
Accommodation is on bed & breakfast (BB) basis; every morning a delicious homemade breakfast of fresh local produce and delicacies is prepared and served in front of your eyes in the communal kitchen/dining area (interior and exterior seating available).
Breakfast in Mouzaliko Mansion
Breakfast is served everyday usually from 7:30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. and after guest's request it may be served earlier in the morning.
There are many options to have breakfast at Mouzaliko:
- Breakfast may be served in special interior dining area or exterior in Mouzaliko's yard
- Breakfast may be served in room after guest's request
- Breakfast may be served in special package after guest's request
The Mouzaliko offers comfortable common areas for your relaxation and leisure, including a large shaded courtyard, breakfast room, lounge and reception area, whilst the owner’s family is eager to welcome you and make you feel at ease and at home, in the spirit of genuine “Kambousia” hospitality (hotel rates 9/10 awarded by Booking.com guest’s reviews)!
Bicycles are available for rental on-sight at an extra charge for cycling around Kambos area and as an alternative means of transport to Chios town.

Mouzaliko is situated in the heart of Kambos, a lush valley of citrus orchards just 5 kms from the centre of Chios town and 2 kms from Chios Airport.
A regular public bus service to and from town is locally available (bus stop: 300m from the hotel’s gate).
