Cancellation, Changes & Deposit Policy

At our hotel, we always do our best to make the booking process as simple and clear as possible for all our guests.

Cancellation or Changes to Your Booking

You may request to cancel or change the dates of your booking up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, without any additional cancellation or amendment fee.

Please note, however, that the deposit paid to secure your reservation is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or change of dates made within the permitted period.

In the event of a change of dates, the deposit may be transferred to the new booking, subject to availability and prior agreement with the hotel.

Cancellations Within 14 Days of Arrival

For cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the terms and conditions of the specific booking will apply, and the deposit will not be refunded.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Changes to Your Stay Dates

All requests to change the dates of a booking are subject to availability.

Changing the dates of a reservation does not automatically constitute a new booking and does not guarantee that accommodation will be available for the requested new dates. This booking can be changed once within 12 months.

A different rate may also apply to the new dates, depending on the season and availability.

The date and time on which we receive your cancellation or change request will be considered the official time of the request.

Important

The option to cancel or change your booking up to 14 days before arrival does not mean that the deposit will be refunded. The deposit forms part of the agreed booking terms and is non-refundable.
