Our absolute priority being the health and safety of our guests and in close cooperation with
the Greek Health and Hotel authorities, we have put in place protective measures so that
you can feel safe throughout your coming stay with us.
At the hotel
Sanitizing dispensers,masks and gloves of single-use are available for your use before entering the reception or
buffet room.
New clean standard
In order to guarantee a healthy and clean accommodation experience for our hotel guests,
we are constantly closely monitoring the latest health developments and regularly reviewing
and enhancing our procedures.
Our new check-in and check-out hours
Check-in starts from 12.00-14.00 it depends if there are vacant rooms
Check-out: 11.00
This change in our check in/check out schedule is obligatory so as to ensure that between
different clients the room is being sanitized, cleaned and adequately naturally ventilated.
- It is not allowed to non-residents to enter the room.
- Daily change of linen and towels are forbidden, otherwise only at the request of the customer can be changed.
Enhanced room cleaning
The average cleaning time is doubled between check-out and check-in of our guests.
All sensitive touch areas such as beds, mattress, sofa, pillows, doors, bins, toilets, door
handles etc. are especially intensively cleaned and sanitized.
Our people
Our staff is trained in the latest hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures and use personal
protective equipment (face masks and gloves) to ensure a safe accommodation experience
both for you and themselves.
Our hotel takes all the necessary measures in cooperation with Hellenic Chamber of Hotels
and functions in complete accordance with all the latest hygiene protocols issued by the
Greek Health and Safety Authorities regarding public health and safety.
Our hotel is certified to the latest greek hygiene protocols with the special signal (Health First).
